Blessed are you Father for your infinite mercy and generosity.

By your grace, may the Jubilee Year be a time of our deep conversion and joyful return to you.

May it be a time of reconciliation among men and women of goodwill and of peace restored in the DWU community - a time when swords are beaten into ploughshares and the clash of aims gives way to a concerted endeavor to pursue, once again, the noble mission of educating the youth in Leyte and Samar.

Father, grant that all DWU Alumni, Friends and Associates, may live docile to the voice of the Spirit, faithful to the way of Christ, diligent in listening to your Divine Word and humble in approaching the wellspring of grace.

We ask you this through Jesus Christ, the Divine Word.
