CONGRATULATIONS to the reunion organizers, planners and movers and THANK YOU to all 26 Bloodstones, 1 former instructor, and several non-Bloodstones guests who attended the event. The Dinner-Dance at Marriott, the Picnic at Liberty Park, and the trip to Manahattan and Woodbury Commons were a blast! Let's aim for a larger Bloodstones participation in our 2011 grand reunion in Tacloban. |

We have been meeting yearly since our Golden Jubilee in 2007. There were 29 of us this year and we would like to see more each year. Next year's reunion will be on July 1st again to make it convenient for those who come for the Tacloban fiesta. | Comments: | DWU will always have a special place in my heart, having graduated BSEEd in 1967. So many fond memories. Athletics, academics, the Oratorical contests, the school news paper and many other fun activities contributed to my overall leadership development. The faculty was terrific. The 4-year college experience was outstanding. While we all long for those days, we can only move forward and look to the future. I know the school will be able to meet and provide for the educational needs of the area/region. More power to all! |
